Unfortunately, I am unable to revise the feedback as the seller cancelled the order claiming the item is out of stock or damaged. It is not out of stock or damaged. Seller messaged saying he would never ship item out. I assume because price was too low on auction. Item was paid for within minutes of auction ending. Seller has item, refuses to ship for some unknown reason. eBay has been contacted. Problem will be dealt with by eBay. Negative is warranted

I caught you Brett Bayne (aka. sailorbearcards, bulawyer11, bu08usc11, and whtever else you call yourself). The order was cancelled because you were blocked from bidding on my cards. You used one of your other accounts to bid and I caught you (same name and physical address). You are the only person I have ever had issues with with my 24+ years on eBay and I will never do business with you ever again. Buyers and sellers need to steer clear of this untrustworthy and arrogant person.

As you can see, the seller continues to post some theory that I am some other person. Not sure what his issue is, but it should appear to all that the negative feedback was warranted given the rambling reply. At the end of the day, I won a card at auction, I paid for it immediately, the order was confirmed, and seller then sent message saying he would not ship it out and canceled the order claiming it was out of stock. You can judge it for yourself but would advise strong caution.

Update re: “revision request” - I have sent seller numerous messages attempting to resolve the issue below and seller has ignored all messages. Seller was rude and pushy for payment. Started messaging within minutes of the auction end demanding payment be made immediately. Payment was made within 17 hours of auction ending but that was not sufficient for seller. Card was fine but seller could learn some tact and professionalism as his messaging was uncalled for when it was paid for under 1 day.

You are blocked, so you cannot message me or bid on any listings. There is nothing to workout because everything you accused me of, you were the one. I messaged you approximately 17hrs after the auction ended to see if you still wanted the card and I told you that I had a few of non-paying bidders prior to your card ending, which is why I asked, very politely too. You responded like an arrogant prick & continued your attitude, even after I politely gave you tracking info. Negative not warranted!
