The wooden chest is of good quality, but you need to drill holes into the wood where you want your customers to screw the wheels in. I had to hammer the screws into the wood and then screw them in - it took a lot of effort and if that had not worked I would have had to pay a handyman. I feel this would be challenging for some people. Also the lid is not attached to the chest - why can’t your factory do that? I understand about the wheels but the least you could do is connect the lid.
