I can say unequivocally this seller stands behind their products. This yarn was on a cone & looked fine at first glance. On close inspection. sadly there was moth damage. I notified the seller & without question or argument, the purchase & shipping was refunded within hours of my message, with an apology. It made what could have been a bad experience a good one.
