    Great Bargain!

    Item arrived much sooner than expected. It worked great but required a slight modification - the curves on the double "L" shaped lug that fits into the Power Takeoff lever had radii that were slightly more angular than those on the original, preventing the lug from "rounding the corner" into the hole. The problem was easily corrected by using a rat tail file to smoothen out one of the radii - the total time to correct the problem was less than one minute, including 2 - 3 filings with fitness checks following each filing - still a great bargain for the price.

    Broke at 8 mowings within 1 year

    After using this new part on my riding mower for exactly 8 times within 12 months it broke at the Z bend end on 8/19/2017. I purchased it on 8/31/2017. Is this why it is call "Aftermarket Parts"

    So far, so good.

    It came in good time. Fits good. Best price I found, so I bought 3. Don't want to be caught without one during leaf season between the short days, rain, and snow the time is very limited. The last cables I bought only lasted a year or two. They all appear to have the same design and thickness. I think the OEM design should be more robust.

    Believe the large base underneath will help. Have tried other smaller in size and they did not last long as the troy bilt tractor i have does not run the blades in reverse, therefore alot of using and disengaging the PTO.
