This item was supposed to be refurbished. After unpacking unit we had to clean it up and remove the weld dust from drive wheel area. Checked motor brushes and found them literally down to the nub, luckily I had a new set of brushes. After replacing the brushes, lubing up the wire tensioning mechanism (frozen) and cleaning up the shavings-weld dust it worked great. This isn't meant to be a bad review but refurbished needs to be refurbished when selling. Shipping was perfect!
