Label was generated immediately with tracking # after I placed order. Router arrived in box in new condition. Verizon had some issue identifying my router as new, but after long chat with their support, issue was finally resolved. In the interim, the seller was willing to help me in any way possible including giving full refund if Verizon does not fix the issue. If there is an issue, then its most likely on the Verizon side.
