The only reason I can tell that this is not a brand new laptop is because the charger cable was hand coiled. Everything was packaged perfectly in the original box and there are absolutely no marks anywhere on the laptop. It looks brand new and performs very well.

Down-side: Seller needs to improve logistics: I was not happy that the laptop arrived a week after it was purchased (carrier slow-walked the 4-lb package for a week!). I gifted the laptop to my family member, 1/2 way across the US, using USPS 2-day priority mail with $500 insc. for just $25. Note to Seller: Improve your rating by improving your logistics.

I bought seeing that it was “refurbished “ it came in factory box, with factory charger and papers, stickers still factory sealed. I would not hesitate buying from this seller again! My only constructive feedback would be more of a request that the seller found a better carrier for shipping. UPS was horrible. Please do not let the reflect on the seller, because they are top notch, and shipped on time!!
