    Best investment I’ve made to beef up an older desktop for CAD work.

    Excellent alternative to an expensive aftermarket cpu cooler in my budget CAD workstation. The system isn’t fancy, and heat wasn’t a huge problem, but the i5-6500 runs 8-10 C degrees cooler now. And much much quieter. The old flat cpu fan was the loudest piece of my system, but I can’t even hear this one running, I had to add an rpm display on my desktop just to make sure it was working. The part was brand new, spotless and fit like a glove, and the included thermal compound was a convenient bonus.

    Efficient and Quiet

    Finding a like new fully functional premium OEM Heat Sink Fan assembly is rare. This part was used for a Dell Precision T1700 Mid Tower desktop with an Intel Core i7 CPU. It replaces the rather anemic basic CPU cooler. The Dell Precision Mid Tower Chassis is not a high airflow case, so this CPU cooler designed for high end Xeon processors is just the ticket to help cool an older computer
