Seller said they would send out another battery immediately. Seller sent me a tracking number that was bogus. When you send a message to the seller he would reply three or four days later. I had to have eBay step in to get my refund. Stay away from this seller

My only issue is in the description. This batt was supposed to fit my bike but it was a half inch too tall. But both the customer and the normal service were great. Speedy delivery. Packageing was spot on. As for returning it, couldnt ask for any better, they refunded my account before i even had a chance to send the battery back.
