Clock came in a display box supported by styrofoam and in a heavy duty cardboard box with a piece added over the face. It came USPS and no damage. The image was taken when I tested it. Neon came right on with the supplied AC adapter. Placed a single AA battery into battery compartment and clock began running. Easy replacement if need be. A+ seller!
