Poor seller. Received the items in good shipping time. Unfortunately that was the best part. It was packed so poorly that one of the pair of paddles was broken and cracked. And one of the joysticks didn't have a connector end, which wasn't in the description or the photo. Photos provided. I contacted the seller for a $10 partial refund. His resolution was to send it back for a refund at my expense. So, for the $10 that I asked for and was denied, here's your feedback.

I'm sorry you weren't happy. I advised you to put in for a return. I'd accept and you print off a label charged back to me. No expense to you. Also if you look at the photos, you will see bare wires on the one controller missing the connector. That's why it was listed as parts or not working.

Picture provided shows actual Briggs & Stratton packaging for this crankcase gasket. Gasket arrived in a kraft colored, "pita" pocketed file folder for shipping support. Although the crankcase gasket fit the motor, there was no way to determine if this was a "genuine" B&S, as proposed by the seller. The eBay ad did say that this was an "open box" item that may be missing original packaging. Would have appreciated some positive indication that this was a genuine B&S part.

I'm sorry but I have no way to show a positive indication that the parts are genuine B&S. Briggs for some reason does not mark them except for the packaging. Then are genuine B&S though. I'm sorry you weren't happy.

Superior quality for less $$$
These gaskets are every bit as good as new old stock Briggs & Stratton gaskets. The gasket material made by Fel-Pro is superior to what Briggs used in their older engines. Also, printing gasket part numbers on the gasket is a nice touch.
