They baited me. Pictures show no damage and when I got the bag an entire pocket is ripped off and the zipper doesn’t even attach to both sides of the pocket. It’s not even a small pocket. It was the largest pocket and all they could do was send me an automated message saying they can’t do partial refunds. I’m DEFINITELY returning this garbage that was supposed to be lightly used and there was NO information about the extra damage. Terrible company, terrible service, terrible seller
