"Had an issue? Sellers try their best to help, so give them a chance to make it right." This is what ebay says. So check out this guys full feedback profile. Repeated negatives for no response to seller's issues. But, ebay has no problems letting him sell on their platform. I'm not sure who is worse. The item that was sold to me was packed so poorly, it was pre-determinded to arrive DOA. Ebay encourages this by hiding the negative feedback on a seller because they don't determine it as relevant!
