The Apple warranty won't be active out of the box. You would have to call Apple Customer support to activate it.
To activate the warranty, they would need the Ebay receipt with the serial number showing somewhere in it. You can edit the screenshot to manually add the serial number.
Note that the warranty can only be added after the device is activated. Call customer support after setting up the iPhone.
