Ordered this item Tuesday 7-9-24, received 7-10-24. Planned to install unit Friday 7-12-24. I noted the day I got this unit, that the price was reduced from $787.99 (what I paid) to $719.99. I immediately sent them a message on 7-10, noting the price decrease, explained that I hadn't even opened the box & asked (politely) for a partial refund of the $68.00. They declined.
Other than that, every thing is perfect. Item as described, fast shipping, I'd say 5 star transaction.. Please refund $68.00
