Said tested in description, when received had NO rewind spindle (rewind would have been impossible to test), also played tapes at half speed. Was offered a partial refund but seller was unhappy that i 'wasn't nice' about being lied to and waste of my time/money. if you say 'tested', you play a tape and test all the basic functions for a cassette player. never again. also didn't ship for four days after sale. now i have to pay to dispose of it.

I offered a full refund with paid return label--buyer wanted no resolution where he didn't maintain possession of the item. Partial refund was given with buyer not returning item which he said was an acceptable resolution. Shipping was on time as I have no late shipping marks on ebay with 3 business day shipping time. On the first interaction buyer immediately called me names and was abusive and hostile.
