Explained the level of testing I did to confirm the cable was faulty, tested w/ different machines and sent pics. Didnt ask for a refund or partial refund, just wanted a replacement. More were listed as in-stock, they said they were out. Asked for a timely replacement, lost multiple hours and project seized due to part. They wanted me to pay to ship back, No time, nor do I feel I should pay for their mistake.

The customer refuses to return the units and demands replacements without returning the original cables to us. We cover all shipping costs. The customer posted a screenshot of our conversation, in which we clearly offered options to resolve the issue. We will send the replacements after receiving the 2 cables back; however, he does not want to cooperate.
