This guy is a class act. I bought mixer and it seemed not to work, he immediately called Hobart and put his CC down to fix it, Hobart no showed on appt, Allen(owner/seller) offered to send me another one at a discounted price or refund me completely.
Turns out my electrician wired our outlet wrong(for 220 mixer you can wire it wrong).
Allen was amazing whole way through, look forward to working with him again.
