The seller offered a partial refund of $20,trying to sell a stale product for $20. Given the time sensitivity of such productions, this practice must be ceased. on top of that, the seller disallows leaving a negative feedback, hoping that the matter is forgotten. Instead, this feedback should be interpreted as "negative" to overcome the censoring.
