Product was exactly as described, looked brand new though it was labeled as "Used". Though the product ended up having to be returned due to a Blackmagic product related issue, the Seller (Motion Media LLC) was quick on responses, troubleshooting help, ideas, and overall a relief to work with on such an out of place circumstance. The product issue was not something that could have been caught beforehand, and I appreciate the extra mile that Tim and his team put into helping this go smoothly!
