Delivery time was as expected, product not as described. Booties were advertised as New without box. The booties appeared unworn but have deep indents that look like someone tried to fix scrapes on both heels, which are very noticeable in person. And thus person does accept returns. Delivery was as expected however were not packaged securely. The boots were mailed in a Micheal Kors shoe box that was just taped shut and a label on top of shoe box.
