Pump was sent in packaging that was not rigid, which resulted in the pump arriving crushed. I sent a photo of the broken item to the seller immediately upon arrival two and a half weeks ago. They said they would contact Ebay. I heard nothing a couple weeks and eventually left negative feedback, then I heard back! First I was told to file my own USPS claim. Then the seller made it seem as if they had issued a refund. Now the seller wants the broken item returned for a refund. Not worth it.

I was told by the seller today that although they don't offer refunds, they've filled a refund...at least maybe. Punctuation left it ambiguous. The message I received after lengthy back and forth said, "I already filled a refund?" and was followed by, "Even though I don't offer refunds I still did." So I'm expecting to see one, and if I indeed do, I'll change the feedback.
