If you ride your bike, these will do
The most common complaint with these cleats is that they wear down too quickly. These are said by the sort of people who will ride their bike to the train station, only to walk the rest of the way to the destination. Fact is these cleats will last a very long time, provided that you actually use them how they're meant to be used. Being clipped into the pedals. If you tend to do a lot more walking than cycling, why bother using a clipless setup? Anyways, the actual cleats themselves are lovely. Very lightweight and a nice, big contact patch. The amount of float in these cleats suit my preference, but that can differ from person to person. Inside the package are the cleats, bolts, and a couple riser stickers. The cleats received were not the ones pictured. They appear to function the same, but I will have to ride them to real make an evaluation. This poor review is only because the items received are different from the picture in the listing.

Give them a try, you would be sorry!!
Been cycling for 50 years have had difference pedals and they have been good. But the time pedals has been the best, 1= they have been the easiest to get in and out of. 2= You can unclap at the top of the crank sure helps when you start to fall over??? The cost for the time 4 was like 40$ and if I didn't like them you not out much, give them a try you would go back.

Fixes a Problem.
Recommend these if you have a problem with one leg being longer than the other, They work fine and are easy to install. Use them if you need them. They are not for everyone but if you have a leg-size problem, they are great.
