    Great ideas!

    No need to "hide" ingredients in our house - but using for general ideas to increase our fruit and vegetable intake for better health. Outdated, as recommends margarine, low-fats, canola oil, white flour etc. - but easy to substitute with real food. Easy to make and put the purees in the freezer in individual servings, and have them ready when you need them.
