    must have for sinus problems

    to have with sinus issues prefect packets of saline easy to mix in water to wash out the sinus, When I'm really sick I use two packets to get the sinus cleared up and dried out as quick as possible. use with warm water to wash the full sinus.

    Eval. after three evening uses...so far...

    For me, I've only done four evening rinses so just minor improvement on sinus congestion. As suggested, think I need to continue use for 5-6 straight days to better evaluate effectiveness. Do use Allegra during the day but evening, before bedtime the Allegra wears-off. The saline was not as bad as I thought it would be going through the sinuses. Just a bit of after affects for about 20 minutes. Need to use...maybe 1 hour before bedtime rather than 15 minutes before
