This is an awesome multiple B and folic supplement. I had been deficient in iron with cold feet, fatigue, mild depression and lack of energy. I started taking this supplement early each morning right after breakfast and my blood circulation improved immediately as my feet were no longer cold at night. Other benefits were noticeably increased energy and a decrease in the doldrums I had been experiencing. I would highly recommend this product.This is an awesome multiple B and folic supplement. New B complex vitamins
It's a little soon to tell what the full effect is I've only been taking them about a week. I have diabetes and artery desease. The product so far seems to be too shelf I've had burst of energy and dont feel quite as tired and I've noticed a difference in the nerve pain in my legs so far so good. Time will tell
