Never answered my message through ebay messaging, careless packaging plastic bag was not sealed and the bag has a hole torn, no inside bag to protect the item, defects not in description, Item not shipped until 6 days after instant payment.

1) I did not send a package unsealed... It could have come unsealed due to the glue content of those whom made the product... or maybe someone at the post office opened it? 2) You do not have to have a package inside a package to make it safe to ship. 3) I am guessing in shipment, if at all, it obtained a hole in the packaging. 4) I did not respond because this person tried to extort me for their money back or get negative feedback. I did not give, so we are here. I will have it taken down.
