When the mechanic tried to install the headlight the low beam did not work. That part was $300. I requested a refund for the cost of the part or I needed to return it. They said it was tested before shipping so I needed to return it but it had to be the same condition. When I try to return it they will say it was working when they sent and not give me the full refund. This is my first time trying Ebay and it is a very bad experience. I would not recommend purchasing from the seller.

The E92 low beam ballast is $30-$40 in Ebay. Buyer expect to refund $300 for it or return for full refund. After accepting full refund they they stop to answer messages and never return the item back and leave negative feedback with NO REASON... Ebay has to read the buyers and sellers conversations and suspend the person who abuse the Ebay Policies and prevention of leaving fake feedbacks.
