This Seller is quick to respond and understanding. Unfortunately the filter is non functional due to a manufacturing defect. If you open the box you see a filter but once out of the box you can see it's defective. A mower, in this case a commercial mower, has to have free flow through the fins of the filter. There's no way to space these fins because of the way it was placed in the injection mold. There must have been too much pressure when the pressed. Th was in no way a fault of the Seller.

Good positive experience however I have some valuable feedback: ship item with more protection: my Xbox case was busted. not sure if it was like that already pictures don’t show it or shipper damaged it. I’m a collector so I was a little bit disappointed but things happen. Disc is clean good price! Thanks.

Thanks but next time use a PADDED envelope! I'd gladly pay the extra dollar or whatever.
