    I really don't like swallowing the vegetable capsules, just to get the sea moss. Besides that I take to grow my hair.

    Great quality!

    I purchased this because I felt I was experiencing hypothyroidism. My nail beds were growing in weird, the ends of my eyebrows thinned out and I was zapped of energy. I actually felt more energized and I felt like it really benefitted me. I had weird burps but it was such a mild thing that it didn't dissuade me from continuing taking this. If I felt like I needed more iodine, this would be the first thing I'd go to!
