Pictures of laptop screen show 8MB RAM installed. Laptop arrived without any RAM installed. Messaged back and forth with seller. They made no attempt to understand or take accountability for the missing part which must have been removed between when the photos were taken and item was shipped, maybe not by the seller themselves but who knows. Neutral and not negative review because rest of laptop was in as-described-condition and seller may not have understood item function.
