    the best star wars story

    WELL...lemme just say that this happens to be the best outta all 6 stories in the star wars movies. Now, reading the book without all the magic of the film (i.e-music,actors,camera tricks,the list goes on...) is in fact a fair match-up. It's quick and easy to understand (especially for those who have seen the movie, those who haven't need to come out from the rock they live under). I almost was wishing for more description into things that weren't touched on in the movie; the examples would be numerous. Maybe a little further explanation into the roles of the characters? But nothing exists here in this written plot. Still adventurous and chilling to read...you can almost see the movie in your head as you pore over the book. It's an enjoyable two week read.

    Empire Strikes Back with illustrations by RM

    The story companion to the greatest movie in film history- and every few pages it has a small pencil-drawn RM impressionistic image that goes along with the story, many of which became full-blown production paintings eventually. A nice addition to the greatest sci-fi fantasy story ever told.
