Sticker arrived bent in a torn envelope because it was shipped by itself in a letter envelope without something protective (like cardboard) around it. Seller's response was "I'll try to do better next time and maybe I can't offer free shipping anymore" which was dismissive and unhelpful. Seller could easily add thin cardboard to a letter envelope and not increase her shipping costs.
