    I received this GENUINE MAZDA SD NAVIGATION CARD and put it right into my gently used 2024 CX-90...it works great! I asked why some SD Cards can't update and he told me only GENUINE CARDS can be updated. This explains the cost difference between the one available at this vendor and some of the others. Even so, the price I paid was WAAAAAAAY less than purchasing at the dealer! Thanks so much!

    Seller's Mazda Navigation SD Cards are 100% Mazda Original Equipment with the 3-year update plan. However, that is not the best part. The Seller provided the best customer service I have experienced in years. When I encountered a challenge with the map update process, he responded immediately and helped me successfully update to the latest maps version. He stayed with me on the phone until the card was updated and back in my car and functioning. Awesome seller - do not hesitate to purchase from!

    What a great seller, Joe was fabulous!I've never had a seller as diligent a he was. And after it got her, I discovered I had ordered the wrong one. The delivery included a packing slip. I called him and se sent me the correct on immediately! I got the new one (he texted me to make sure I got it)and it worked perfectly! If you don't buy one of these from Joe, you picked the wrong seller! I think it's pretty obvious that I would buy from Joe again, IN A FLASH!

      Works exactly as it should. Plugged in and instantaneously had GPS in my new CX 90. Much better paying under $50 than the hundreds that Mazda want to charge me for the same chip.

      Bought for 2024 Mazda CX 5, works perfectly, very much up to date, better than looking at compass reading on screeen, better to buy here than spend another 300 bucks at a dealer

      As I already suggested, the company should invest in producing printed instruction for installation and use.

      It ultimately does what I expected. However, a printed instruction sheet would make the whole process much easier.
