After a couple days I did notice an issue with the chair and the seller took care of it immediately. Now I am 100% satisfied and I love my new office chair!     So happy to find that Office Chair Solutions sold a replacement seat for my Humanscale chair. The leather seat is actually discontinued and parts aren't sold anywhere. Had great communication with the seller who was so helpful! I did not see a solo leather seat in their inventory online but I asked if he had one other than the listing. He searched and found one for me! After purchase, he sent promptly! The seat looks beautiful and works perfectly replacing my old leather seat that was cracked.
