    Seller claimed that item was dropped off at a UPS Access Point. Tracking showed that it never was received. I communicated with seller several times and was told it takes up to 48 hours for the Access Point to process the package. They never did. I asked the seller if they had another of the product, which their website said they did but they would not send that one to me. Seller claimed that there was something wrong with my address. Same address that has been in EBay since 2009 with no problem
