I had no seat movement forward to allow the people in the back to easily get out in my 1985 4 fourrunner oriniginal seats but this was the perfect part found it easier to just remove the seat out of rig set it up tell the adjuster ends have a slight bit of slack with the seat in the upright position and when I installed it yah I had my seat functions back this vehicle has waited probably 35 years for this replacement this guy saved my build
