The reel a rubber know, not the aluminum one shown. Contacted the seller and received a call back within one hour. I explained the issue and we figured out a solution. The seller asked I return the reel and he would order the correct item from Accurate since he did not have one in stock. The reel was returned and Accurate shipped me the replacement.
