Body-Solid Lat Blaster Bar
It looks better than the picture. It is a solid bar, the handles are well placed and uses a good rubber handle. I use it to do bent over rows on a Olympic bar and this bar lets you reach the peak row, so that your lats do a full contraction. I was looking at every bar that was more pricey then this one. My training partner and I agreed this is exactly what we were looking for and it happened to be the cheapest choice. I would recommend it, if you don't have room to fit a dedicated stand up row machine.It looks better than the picture. It is a solid bar, the handles are well placed and uses a good rubber handle. This bar is really well built and quality made at a great price. I couldn't afford a seated row so this was the best alternative for me. You really, really feel the lats working with the use of this bar. I only have one complaint or "warning" and it has nothing to do with the bar itself; if you have/had an old low back injury, your foot placement and bending the knees correctly means everything or you're going to think you've injured yourself all over again when you feels those discs in your back act up when going heavy. Again, this is no fault of the bar - you just have to find that "sweet spot" of body positioning so your back doesn't hurt. Once you find it, you'll LOVE this bar !!This bar is really well built and quality made at a great price. I couldn't afford a seated row so this was the best alternative for me.
