I will rate "shipping cost" based on when the package SHOULD HAVE arrived if the post office wasn't totally incompetent. Center caps are exactly as described and in perfect condition. Not as described, arrived with one blade busted through packaging and missing protective cover, yet nothing was wrong with the package they were shipped in. When I contacted them the person who responded was nothing short of rude. I’ll never buy from these people again! Then before anything was resolved they stopped responding! Buyer beware!
