    this dress was suppose to arrive on Sept. 8th. today is the 20th and its now in Indiana. UPS is doing a terriable job in delivering this dress. it was shipped out by seller but for some reason it seems to be getting delayed in all their warehouses. id be grateful if you could speed up this process. makes me never want to send for anything on E-bay!
