Very nice tablet for the price. Paired with a heavy duty case with shoulder pad, for an easy-to-use tablet for an elderly parent. On my next order after this one, Best Buy messed up; shipped the wrong item, and haven’t been willing to communicate despite the next day air fee paid. No replacement or refund.
