I waited 6 days after ordering until phoning the company the first time and being told each day “It’s going out later today.” Each day I told them that is what you told me yesterday and the day before that and the day before that! They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
