    The Seller did everything by the book. She quickly took the order to the USPS, from there, it was apparently lost in SPACE. 17 days from drop off to delivery, but when I went to my local USPS Branch they wanted to blame it on 3rd party shipper. Unbelievable. Seller offered to give me a refund early in the delay, I just said give it a couple more days. Lo and behold, the PONY EXPRESS finally delivered. Put the blame for slow delivery on the USPS, not the Seller. A+++++ in all aspects as I see it.

    Item as described, shipping packaging needed to be more durable. The plastic was ripped during shipping somewhere and the thin poly bag/clear bag was not enough. I just think the shoes were too heavy for that thin of a poly bag.
