Hints: definitely use 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum for best texture; let frozen mix set out for about 15 minutes before running first cycle. I use Fairlife chocolate milk, chocolate protein powder, sugar free Nestle Quik to make a very tasty, fairly healthy chocolate ice cream. Experiment with different flavors and ingredients. Lots of great recipes on YouTube.

Still, it performs well and does the job, just wish it looked and felt a bit more premium for the cost.
