The hard drives were shipped in pink ESD bags inside a thick cardboard box. Great packaging. They look new and have not had any problems yet. Being enterprise drives, they run a little hot (around 40-45C) and are a little noisy. Performance wise they run great. Definitely plan on buying from them again in the future! 10/10
