Shipment received earlier than expected! Have used in small area...easy to operate and pleased with the cleaning of my newly installed LVP. However, like most vaccuum cleaners there is the 'edge' issue. Seems to leave about an 1"-2" area along the baseboard that is not cleaned. Will still need to go over that area with other devices (mop/cloth). Due to cleaning process of the machine after each use...will not be using for small cleaning jobs...only use to clean whole flooring area.

Items came in a Bissell box and were packed well and by all appearances are new. Box was slightly damaged in the shipping process and one bottle of Oxy leaked a little.
