In the payment notes, I specifically stated to brace the transformer. Instead, this heavy item was left flailing loose, damaging the trains, in some cases beyond repair. Now seller expects me to re-engineer the box for its return. Multiple messages were met with either "make an insurance claim" or "return properly" (but it was not sent properly). Beware if you are shopping here, my worst buying experience in 30+ years on eBay...
