    Great tyres

    I bought these after seeing them in YouTube video by Barrie Davis. Whilst an H0 product, they will fit the large driving wheels of several Hornby locos, especially the Schools, County and Hunt classes. I wanted them for an early Bachmann model based on a Replica Railways model, the B1. I measured the diameter of the wheel and judged the Marklin large size traction tyre worth a try. They were a better price than any others and the quality is superb. They fitted easily and have improved the B1's running considerably. The most difficult part of the operation was removing the connecting pin. I was trying and failing with a nut-spinner, till I realised the pins were press-in! We live and learn.
