This was a refurbished machine. It looks beautiful and runs very well. I wanted it mainly for the high shank and it has the speed to free motion quilt. Can do both if the instructions are followed. No complaints. The needle threader was a little difficult to figure out but once you get it you've got it. This machine is very fast and is great for working on long straight pieces. Very happy. I have been looking at these for a while and when I saw them at the used price I couldn't pass it up. Happy as a clam at high tide.This was a refurbished machine.
